EQUIPMENT DEPLOYMENT. 7.1 Customer will furnish to UUNET, and keep current, an Equipment List (attached as Attachment A) identifying all Equipment installed in the Space UUNET reserves the right to verify installation of the Equipment on the Equipment List. All Equipment must fit within the Space unless agreed to by UUNET in an addendum to this Agreement. Customer agrees that power consumption will not exceed 20 amps 110 VAC per storage cabinet and that all Equipment is UL approved. Cabling used by Customer must meet national electrical and fire standards. Customer will be allowed to remove from the Facility only that Equipment listed on the then current version of Customer's Equipment List. 7.2 UUNET reserves the right to relocate Equipment within the Facility or to move Equipment to another facility with at least 45 days' written notice. Equipment moved or relocated at UUNET's initiative will be at UUNET's expense. Every commercially reasonable effort will be made to minimize downtime and service interruption if Equipment is moved or relocated. If Customer objects to the location of the new Facility, Customer may terminate this Agreement without penalty within sixty days of receiving notice of the new Facility's location. 7.3 Customer agrees to immediately remove or render noninfringing, at Customer's expense, any Equipment alleged to infringe any patent, trademark, copy right, or other intellectual property right. 7.4 If UUNET negligently or willfully damages any Equipment, UUNET will repair or replace the damaged item or, at UUNET's option, will reimburse Customer for the reasonable cost or repair or replacement. THIS SHALL BE CUSTOMER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT CAUSED BY OR ATTRIBUTABLE TO UUNET, ITS EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS.

Unless additional power is purchased under a particular Service Order, Customer agrees that power consumption will not exceed 30 amps 110 VAC per storage cabinet and that all Equipment is UL approved. Cabling used by Customer must meet national electrical and fire standards and any specifications provided by WorldCom. Customer will be allowed to remove from the Facility only that Equipment in which it can evidence it has sufficient ownership or possessory interest. 8.2 WorldCom reserves the right to relocate Equipment within the Facility or to move Equipment to another facility with at least 45 days' written notice. Follow the steps outlined below to request and receive your equipment. Participants will be provided with the minimum amount of equipment as soon as practicable after the approval of the telework request. [See Section I.E.1.] a. Contact the Telework Coordinator after completing Section I.C.2 steps a. through g. b. The Telework Coordinator will send the employee a Telework Equipment Deployment spreadsheet template to finalize in accordance with the guidelines included in Section I.E.1. c. Deliver the completed spreadsheet to immediate supervisor for approval. d. The supervisor will review the spreadsheet for compliance with equipment listed in Section I.E.1 and submit it to the Telework Coordinator representing their approval. e. The Telework Coordinator will request the equipment. f. The employee will be notified when the equipment is ready to be delivered or retrieved from the USPTO Telework Depot. g. If on-boarding as a new employee with the USPTO virtually, before the on-board date the employee will be contacted by the OHR, the employee’s supervisor, and/or the Telework Coordinator to arrange for equipment deployment. The Telework Coordinator will work with the employee’s supervisor to define equipment needs and request equipment deployment. i. The USPTO, OCIO will ship equipment to the employee to be received at least two days prior to the start date. ii. The USPTO, OCIO will also deliver the employee’s network account information and SecurID or other means of alternate authentication prior to the start date.

  • Equipment Use Lessee agrees that the Equipment will be operated by competent, qualified personnel in connection with Lessee's business for the purpose for which the Equipment was designed and in accordance with applicable operating instructions, laws, and government regulations, and that Lessee shall use all reasonable precautions to prevent loss or damage to the Equipment from fire and other hazards. Lessee shall procure and maintain in effect all orders, licenses, certificates, permits, approvals, and consents required by federal, state, or local laws or by any governmental body, agency, or authority in connection with the delivery, installation, use, and operation of the Equipment.

  • Equipment Procurement If responsibility for construction of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades is to be borne by the Connecting Transmission Owner, then the Connecting Transmission Owner shall commence design of the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades and procure necessary equipment as soon as practicable after all of the following conditions are satisfied, unless the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner otherwise agree in writing: 5.5.1 NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner have completed the Interconnection Facilities Study pursuant to the Interconnection Facilities Study Agreement; 5.5.2 The NYISO has completed the required cost allocation analyses, and Developer has accepted his share of the costs for necessary System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S of the NYISO OATT; 5.5.3 The Connecting Transmission Owner has received written authorization to proceed with design and procurement from the Developer by the date specified in Appendix B hereto; and 5.5.4 The Developer has provided security to the Connecting Transmission Owner in accordance with Article 11.5 by the dates specified in Appendix B hereto.

  • Equipment Cleaning (a) Areas, known by Forest Service prior to timber sale advertisement, that are infested with invasive species of concern are shown on Sale Area Map. A current list of invasive species of concern and a map showing the extent of known infestations is available at the Forest Supervisor’s Office. For purposes of this provision, “Off-Road Equipment” includes all logging and construction machinery, except for log trucks, chip vans, service vehicles, water trucks, pickup trucks, cars, and similar vehicles.

  • Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services

  • Equipment Location The Company recognizes that it is important when designing, constructing, and maintaining physical plant components, to have regard for the specific placement of equipment, with a view to the elimination of hazardous work situations. Accordingly, wherever practical to do so, new installations, or the rebuild of existing installations, will be designed accordingly.

  • Maintenance & Repairs 5.1 Lessee shall at all times be responsible for maintaining at its own expense the leased premises in a clean, orderly and safety condition, except as hereinafter provided. Lessee shall be responsible, at its own expense, to clean and maintain all trade fixtures, machinery and equipment furnished by Lessee within the leased premises. Lessee shall be responsible to deposit normal office waste and rubbish at a location at the Central School as designated by Lessor. 5.2 Lessee shall be responsible to perform all repairs the need for which is caused by Xxxxxx's use of the premises except that Lessor shall be responsible to perform major repairs of a structural nature. Lessor shall be responsible to arrange for removal of waste and rubbish from the location designated as the deposit location for lessees. All costs incurred by Lessor pursuant to the obligations of this Paragraph shall be included within "operating costs". 5.3 Lessor shall provide custodian services for the common areas of Central School. Costs incurred by Lessor in providing such custodian services shall be included within "operating costs".

  • MAINTENANCE & REPAIR Tenant agrees that if there is any delay in maintenance or repairs for reasons beyond Landlord's control, this shall have no effect on Tenant's obligations under this lease.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.

  • Equipment Testing and Inspection 2.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall test and inspect its Small Generating Facility and Interconnection Facilities prior to interconnection. The Interconnection Customer shall notify the NYISO and the Connecting Transmission Owner of such activities no fewer than five Business Days (or as may be agreed to by the Parties) prior to such testing and inspection. Testing and inspection shall occur on a Business Day. The Connecting Transmission Owner may, at its own expense, send qualified personnel to the Small Generating Facility site to inspect the interconnection and observe the testing. The Interconnection Customer shall provide the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner a written test report when such testing and inspection is completed. The Small Generating Facility may not commence parallel operations if the NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, finds that the Small Generating Facility has not been installed as agreed upon or may not be operated in a safe and reliable manner. 2.1.2 The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each provide the Interconnection Customer written acknowledgment that it has received the Interconnection Customer’s written test report. Such written acknowledgment shall not be deemed to be or construed as any representation, assurance, guarantee, or warranty by the NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner of the safety, durability, suitability, or reliability of the Small Generating Facility or any associated control, protective, and safety devices owned or controlled by the Interconnection Customer or the quality of power produced by the Small Generating Facility.

  • Equipment Failures In the event of equipment failures beyond the Administrator's control, the Administrator shall take reasonable and prompt steps to minimize service interruptions but shall have no liability with respect thereto. The Administrator shall develop and maintain a plan for recovery from equipment failures which may include contractual arrangements with appropriate parties making reasonable provision for emergency use of electronic data processing equipment to the extent appropriate equipment is available.
