Equipment/Facilities. 1) The Board agrees to make available in each school adequate word processing and copying facilities to aid teachers in the preparation of instructional material at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to the required reporting time. 2) The Board shall provide: a) Suitable closet space for each teacher to store personal articles. b) Copies, exclusively for each teacher’s use, of all texts used in each of the courses to be taught. 3) The Board shall make efforts toward providing: a) A separate desk for each teacher in the District and lockable drawer space. b) Adequate storage space in each classroom for instructional materials. c) Adequate board space in every classroom. d) Adequate attendance books, paper, pencils, pens, erasers, and other such material required in daily teaching responsibilities. 4) The Board shall make available, in each school, adequate restroom facilities exclusively for staff use and at least one room, appropriately furnished, which shall be reserved for use as a staff room. 5) Telephone facilities shall be made available to teachers for their school business. Teachers making personal, long-distance calls shall utilize their personal calling cards or personal cell phones. 6) Upon request of the CEA, vending machines may be installed in the staff areas. These machines shall be installed and maintained by the CEA at no expense to the Board. 7) Adequate off-street parking facilities shall be provided and properly maintained for teacher use. At the high school, parking spaces will be identified exclusively for teachers use during school hours. 8) Teachers shall not be required to work under unsafe or hazardous conditions or to perform tasks which endanger their health and safety.
Equipment/Facilities. 3.1 Except as otherwise expressly specified in a SOW, Supplier shall provide and operate any and all vehicles, equipment, manuals, materials, and supplies (including but not limited to employee uniforms and any safety equipment reasonably directed by Airline, such as safety vests, wands, and cones) which may be reasonably required to perform the Services (collectively, “GSE”) and shall be responsible for all aspects thereof and all associated costs, including but not limited to maintaining, repairing, replacing, fueling, permitting, and insuring the same. All GSE shall satisfy Airline’s applicable safety standards. In the case of Passenger Services provided pursuant to Exhibit A, Section 1, Airline shall provide an allocation (in an amount to be determined by Airline in its sole and absolute discretion) for Supplier’s new hire employees to purchase initial uniform items. Thereafter, Airline may replace worn or lost uniform items as determined by Airline in its sole and absolute discretion. For all other Services, Supplier shall provide uniforms at Supplier’s sole cost. 3.2 In a SOW, the Parties may agree that Airline will allow Supplier to utilize Airline-owned GSE. In such cases, except to the extent otherwise specified in the SOW, the terms of this Section 3.2 shall apply. Supplier shall use Airline-owned GSE only for the benefit of Airline as needed to perform the Services. Airline shall retain ownership of all such GSE and be responsible for maintaining, repairing, replacing, fueling, permitting, and insuring the same. However, Supplier shall use reasonable care in operating and using such GSE and shall protect it from loss and damage. Supplier shall be solely liable for any and all damages to persons or property caused by such GSE while in Supplier’s custody or control, including but not limited to costs of repair or replacement of such GSE which is necessary as a result of any cause other than ordinary wear and tear, damages resulting from Supplier’s failure to operate such GSE in accordance with specifications, Supplier’s failure to follow inoperable equipment reporting requirements, vehicle collisions, or negligence, intentional acts, misuse, or abuse. Upon expiration or earlier termination of such SOW, Supplier shall return all such Airline-owned GSE to Airline in such condition as it was received, reasonable wear and tear excepted. 3.3 Except as otherwise expressly set forth in a SOW, Supplier shall provide any and all Airport facilities which ma...
Equipment/Facilities. The Client agrees that ALCON DTS may utilize certain items of The Client’s equipment and may gain access to certain The Client facilities. The Client retains title and ownership in all of The Client’s equipment owned by The Client and utilized by ALCON DTS, and must grant authority for ALCON DTS to access The Client’s facility. Facility access may be denied for any reason at any time, however if access to facilities is denied, The Client understands that ALCON DTS may be unable to perform their duties adequately and if such a situation should exist, ALCON DTS will be held harmless.
Equipment/Facilities eMazzanti may utilize certain items of Client’s equipment and may need to gain access to certain Client facilities. Client retains title and ownership to all of the equipment owned by Client, and shall grant access for eMazzanti to access Client’s facility and equipment. Facility access may be denied for any reason at any time, however if access to facilities or equipment is denied, Client acknowledges that eMazzanti may be unable to perform Client Services adequately and, if such a situation should exist, eMazzanti is hereby indemnified and held harmless from any loss, cost or expense that Client may incur as a result of inadequate access to Client’s facilities.

Equipment/Facilities. A pharmacy contracted to provide chlamydia services must have a consultation area which meets the following requirements: • The patient and the pharmacist can sit down together; • They can talk at normal speaking volumes without being overheard by staff or customers; and • The area is clearly signed as a private consultation area. These areas will ideally be at the level required for the provision of Medicine Use Reviews (MURs) detailed in the Pharmaceutical Services (Advanced and Enhanced Services) (England) Directions. The pharmacy participates in any organised audit of service provision if requested to do so; the details of the audit to be discussed and agreed with the Local Pharmaceutical Committee (LPC). Where there are cost implications of undertaking this audit the Council will discuss with the LPC. Buckinghamshire Council will provide a framework for the recording of relevant service information for the purposes of audit and the claiming of payment. This is via the electronic recording system - Pharm Outcomes5. The pharmacy reviews its standard operating procedures and the referral pathways for the service on an annual basis. The pharmacy will complete all required data collection systems and transfer this non-patient identifiable information to the Council using secure methods only. The pharmacy will comply with any post-payment verification of payment claim forms undertaken by or on behalf of the Council. Performance monitoring of this service specification may be undertaken at any time by Buckinghamshire Council and at the time of the pharmacy contract assessment visit by the Area Team from NHS England.

Building access keys, key fobs, or access cards necessary to enter a Client facility may be provided by Client. Any such item will be stored in a secure lockbox at TSI’s office and will be returned to Client at termination of this Contract.
