The Class Year Interconnection Facilities Study for Class Year 2012 is not complete as of the Effective Date. However, a draft cost estimate has been developed totaling $295,100 for the Connecting Transmission Owner Attachment Facilities identified in Section 4(b) of this Appendix A, as input to the Class Year 2012 Interconnection Facilities Study. The final cost estimate will be reported in the final Class Year 2012 Interconnection Facilities Study.
Developer Attachment Facilities. 1. Developer shall design, provide, procure, construct, install and commission the DAF as defined in Appendix A, including all cable, GIS terminations, cable supporting structures and raceways up to the Point of Interconnection.
2. Developer will acquire all permits and easements necessary for the construction of the DAF on Connecting Transmission Owner’s property and will construct the DAF within the Connecting Transmission Owner’s property boundaries consistent with Connecting Transmission Owner’s Standard Terms for Construction Projects, Environmental, Health and Safety requirements, and Engineering specifications and requirements. Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner will enter into an easement or similar authorization acceptable to Connecting Transmission Owner and New York Public Service Commission for the location of Developer’s DAF in the Xxxx 00xx Xxxxxx Substation.
3. Developer shall coordinate with Connecting Transmission Owner to ensure proper interface of the DAF with the Connecting Transmission Owner designed and installed termination stand, its accessories and GIS equipment associated with Developer’s DAF.
Developer Attachment Facilities. Developer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Developer Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at its sole expense. Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities. Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities described in Appendix A hereto, at the sole expense of the Developer. System Upgrade Facilities. Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.

3. Developer will develop and provide as-built drawings for the DAF and the Large Generating Facility as the work is completed. Developer will provide sets of as-built drawings to CTO for its files and archives within a time period specified in Appendix B.
4. CTO shall provide AC and DC station service to the interface cabinets for the DAFs listed in Appendix A, if needed.
