Equipment Integrity Sample Clauses

The Equipment Integrity clause establishes the requirement that all equipment used under the agreement must be maintained in proper working condition and meet specified safety and operational standards. In practice, this means parties are responsible for regular inspections, maintenance, and prompt repairs of any equipment provided or used, ensuring it is fit for its intended purpose throughout the contract term. Equipment Integrity. ICIL will present the selected equipment in a clean condition but it cannot guarantee that cross-contamination from previously trialed materials will not occur. It is recommended that products from the trials should not be used for further production purposes, nor for consumption. ICIL accepts no responsibility for contamination or loss of client’s material. Should the client have any specific requirements concerning the handling of his materials, these shall be disclosed prior to any testing taking place.
Equipment Integrity. Client acknowledges and agrees that InfoSight’s performance of Services is contingent upon Client’s proper use of applicable equipment, hardware, accessories, and software, and the Services do not cover (i) any equipment, hardware, accessories, and software that have been modified in any way without InfoSight’s prior written approval, or (ii) unusual physical or electrical stress placed upon any equipment, hardware, or accessories. Furthermore, Client must maintain all hardware devices and software under its respective manufacturer's software subscription and maintenance services agreement, as applicable, in order for InfoSight to perform Services related thereto, including software updates or maintenance upgrades, unless such hardware devices are Equipment provided and owned by InfoSight pursuant to Section 3.5.
Equipment Integrity. NMHG shall not misrepresent, mislabel, misappropriate, and/or mischaracterize the functionality, capability, certificate of authority, or licensing rights associated with any piece of any Equipment and any related component, peripheral, attachment, accessory, or option, whether reconfigured or not.

  • Integrity In addition to any applicable statutory restrictions, the Contractor shall not, in connection with this or any other agreement with the State, directly or indirectly (i) offer, confer, or agree to confer any pecuniary benefit on anyone as consideration for any State officer or employee’s decision, opinion, recommendation, vote, other exercise of discretion, or violation of a known legal duty; or (ii) offer, give, or agree to give to anyone any gratuity for the benefit of, or at the direction or request of, any State officer or employee. For purposes of clause (ii), “gratuity” means any payment in the form of cash, travel, entertainment, gifts, meals, lodging, loans, subscriptions, advances, deposits of money, services, employment, or contracts of any kind.

  • Spares The Contractor shall ensure that the Contractor’s operational base at the Site is at all times stocked with spare parts for the Contractor's Equipment that meet the requirements of the Contract, together with all necessary or desirable packing and marking for that purpose and that such spare parts are sufficient to ensure that the Work /services can continue in the event of failure of the Contractor’s Equipment.

  • Data Integrity Control Personal Data will remain intact, complete and current during processing activities.
