Common use of Equipment; Leasehold Clause in Contracts

Equipment; Leasehold. (a) Part 2.1.8 of the Disclosure Schedule provides an accurate and complete list of all material equipment, fixtures, leasehold improvements and other tangible assets owned by or leased to PhySource. The assets identified in Part 2.1.8 of the Disclosure Schedule are adequate for the uses to which they are being put, are in good condition and repair (ordinary wear and tear excepted) and are adequate for the conduct of PhySource's business in the manner in which such business is currently being conducted.
