Equipment Managers. Without limiting the generality of Section 5.32, both Local League Organizations shall appoint an Equipment Manager as an officer of the Association, responsible for the cost effective sourcing and purchase of any necessary equipment, uniforms and related team/fan wear that may be authorized from time to time. The two Equipment Managers from the respective Local League Organizations shall co-chair a joint Equipment Committee, responsible for coordinating equipment and uniform purchases on behalf of all Representative and Local League teams.
