Common use of Equipment, Materials or Supplies Clause in Contracts

Equipment, Materials or Supplies. CONTRACTOR shall supply, at CONTRACTOR's sole expense, all equipment, materials and/or supplies to accomplish the services to be provided herein. The total payments under the contract for labor and expenses will not exceed the contract amount.
