Equipment on loan. If the Contractor agrees to provide replacement equipment on temporary loan while the services are being carried out on NHSBT’s own equipment, such loan shall be deemed to be a contract for the hire of goods as defined by section 6 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act.
Equipment on loan. You will receive a "blood pressure measurement package". With the blood pressure meter and connected app you can measure your blood pressure at home. The box and the equipment in the box are the property of Medicine Men BV.
Equipment on loan. 3.1 The equipment, the subject of this Agreement, consists of a Laptop Computer and a power supply. These items are referred to through this Agreement collectively as the “Laptop Computer”.
3.2 Each Laptop Computer will be:
(1) commercial grade;
(2) protected by Department of Education and Training anti-virus tools and automated updates;
(3) covered by warranty including the battery;
(4) able to be connected to the NT Schools Network and have filtered internet and email;
(5) able to be used at school for student learning;
(6) able to be used outside of School but only if agreed to by the Parent/Guardian in accordance with this Agreement;
(7) installed with central data storage, common file access, backup and network software resources;
(8) repaired through the school including software and hardware repairs; and
(9) exchanged for a temporary loan Laptop Computer during any repair and maintenance if available.
3.3 At the end of the term of this Agreement, the Laptop Computer must be returned to the School for the Northern Territory’s future use or disposal.
