Common use of Equipment Records Clause in Contracts

Equipment Records. The Borrower shall at all times hereafter keep correct and accurate records itemizing and describing the kind, type, age and condition of its Equipment, the Borrower’s cost therefor and accumulated depreciation thereon, and retirements, sales, or other dispositions thereof, all of which records shall be available during Borrower’s usual business hours at the request of the Administrative Agent.

Equipment Records. The Each Borrower shall at all times hereafter keep correct and accurate records itemizing and describing the location, the kind, type, age and condition of its Equipment, the such Borrower’s 's cost therefor and accumulated depreciation thereon, thereof; and retirements, sales, or other dispositions thereof, ; all of which records shall be available during such Borrower’s 's usual business hours on demand to any of Agent's or any Lender's officers, employees or agents. All Equipment is and shall be kept at the request of the Administrative Agentlocations specified on Schedule 6.5.
