Equipment Rental and Meter Services. (a) If you aren’t leasing the Equipment or purchasing the Equipment through an Installment Sale, we will invoice you the Equipment rental (“rental”) and Meter Services fees listed on the Order. After the period listed on the Order (the “Initial Term”), we may increase the rental and/or Meter Services fees upon at least 30 days’ prior written notice. When you receive notice of an increase, you may terminate your rental or Meter Services only as of the date the increase becomes effective.
