Equipment Repair. Provider agrees that it shall not make or attempt to make any repairs to the Equipment.
Equipment Repair. If the Contract provides that the Operator will service and repair the Equipment at the Worksite, the Operator will use commercially reasonable efforts to do so. For Equipment repair, Provider shall promptly notify CONDUENT using the CONDUENT Provider Help Desk number 0-000-000-0000. Repair calls will be accepted during normal help desk hours listed above. Telephone calls from pay phones will not be accepted. At CONDUENT’s discretion, Equipment may either be repaired or replaced. If the equipment issue cannot be resolved by phone with the Customer Service Representative nor National Equipment Maintenance Center (NEMC), and replacement equipment is required; the equipment is replaced within 48 hours of notification of the problem and is received by the provider the following business day.

All equipment in need of repair shall be repaired as soon as possible, with the understanding that LCTC maintenance staff shall first be given the repair request, when appropriate, and that repair request placed on their schedule before the item is repaired by an outside party. The financial picture of LCTC shall be an important consideration in the timeliness of the repair.

During the Equipment Term, Brink's shall repair the Equipment at no additional cost to Customer in accordance with Exhibit A, except that Customer shall pay for repairs arising out of: (i) abuse and/or vandalism of the Equipment whether by employees or agents of Customer or others; (ii) incorrect or insufficient training by Customer of its employees or agents; (iii) utilization of the Equipment contrary to the Documentation; (iv) note acceptor jams; or (v) events beyond Brink’s control such as, without limitation, lightning, earthquake, fire, riot, civil unrest, authority of law, water damage, or damages caused by rodents or other pests. Xxxxx’x shall initiate trouble-shooting and/or repair within two (2) business days of being informed of the need for repair. Repairs will be performed on weekdays, other than holidays observed by Xxxxx’x. THE FOREGOING REPAIR OBLIGATION IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY AND SUCH OTHER WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. XXXXX’X MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE EQUIPMENT IS NEW, MERCHANTABLE OR FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Equipment Repair. 3.2.2.9.1. The contractor shall provide timely equipment calibration, diagnostics and repair of equipment within a specified instrumentation system. The contractor shall ensure the repair is completed such that the instrumentation system is calibrated and returned to an operational status and ready to support missions. The contractor shall be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair calibration or installation, and post-installation testing and documented results of both the repairable and the complete instrumentation system or subsystem.
