Equipment Supplied. In connection with the provision of Services under this Agreement, it will be necessary for ART to install certain equipment on the premises of ISP and/or other locations controlled by third parties and related to the provision of the Services (collectively "Sites"). Equipment to be installed on each Link includes Outdoor Units ("ODU's"), Indoor Units ("IDU's"), monitoring equipment, power supplies, associated hardware and cabling, and other materials necessary to complete the installation process (the "Equipment").

Equipment Supplied. In connection with the provision of Services under this Agreement, it will be necessary for ART to install certain equipment on the premises of Purchaser and/or other locations controlled by third parties and related to the provision of the Services (collectively "Sites"). The specific Equipment installed at each Site shall be determined after installation is completed and shall be specified in a supplement to the Service Order (the "LINK INVENTORY LIST"). In the event of the installation of Equipment using frequencies other than 38 GHz, the Link Inventory List will be amended by written agreement accordingly.
Equipment Supplied. The Employer shall supply all tools and equipment, which it deems necessary to employees in the performance of their duties. Worn or broken tools shall be returned to Responsibility Pay Effective April where the employee is assigned supervisory responsibilities by the Employer, the employee will be paid an additional premium of seventy-five ($0.75) cents per hour. If the employee is not assigned supervisory responsibilities by the Employer, shall not perform such duties and the employee shall not be paid responsibility pay pursuant to this provision. Where an employee is in receipt of a higher rate of pay due to temporary assignment in a higher classification, the employee shall not be entitled to additional responsibility pay as a result of the temporary assignment. This does not forfeit the employee’s entitlement to responsibility pay where the Employer, assigns the employee supervisory responsibilities of another classification, in addition to the responsibilities of the temporary assignment. Professional Fees Effective April the Employer shall reimburse eligible employees to a maximum of one hundred fifty ($150.00) dollars annually for costs associated with professional or licensing fees that employees are required to pay by either statute or the Employer.
