Transportation to Eating Facility. A. When Train Crews are allowed to use an eating facility, the company will provide or arrange transportation to a facility at that location. Employees will be reimbursed for authorized transportation expenses. Claims for such expenses must be submitted on Form 1320 accompanied by receipts.

Transportation to Eating Facility. (a) When Trainpersons are allowed to use an eating facility, the company will provide or arrange transportation to a facility at that location. Trainpersons will be reimbursed for authorized transportation expenses. Claims for such expenses must be submitted on Form accompanied by receipts. The company may designate the eating facility to be utilized Early Report or Late Release Trainpersons required to report for duty prior to the starting time of the crew as a unit, or required to remain on duty after the crew as a unit has been released from duty, to perform special service such as accompanying locomotive to or from the shops, will be paid for such excess time so occupied on the minute basis (each minutes to count as one mile, with a minimum of three miles), and such time will not be included in computing overtime nor will it be used to make up the basic day.

  • Transportation Allowance When an employee is required to travel to the Hospital or to return to her home as a result of reporting to or off work between the hours of 2400 - 0600 hours, (other than reporting to or off work for her regular shift) or any time while on standby, the Hospital will pay transportation costs either by taxi or by her own vehicle at the rate of forty cents (40 cents) per kilometre (to a maximum of fourteen dollars ($14.00) or such greater amount as the Hospital may in its discretion determine for each trip between the aforementioned hours. The employee will provide to the Hospital satisfactory proof of payment of such taxi fare. Where the Hospital requires the employee to travel between sites, the Hospital will pay for transportation costs of forty (40) cents per kilometre unless the Hospital provides transportation between sites.

  • Transportation Reimbursement Employees who, during the course of their normal duties, are required to actually transport clients/consumers/felons in their own personal vehicle on a regular basis, are eligible for reimbursement for the cost of an automobile rider to their existing insurance policy. To be eligible for the reimbursement, the employee must demonstrate the following:

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the necessity for travel, and the mode of travel to be reimbursed.

  • Transportation Charges The cost of transporting Employees and Material necessary for the Mining Operations.

  • Transportation Services i) In the event that transportation services for a student served by CONTRACTOR pursuant to an Individual Services Agreement are to be provided by a party other than CONTRACTOR or the LEA or its transportation providers, such services shall be reflected in a separate agreement signed by the parties hereto, and provided to the LEA and SELPA Director by the CONTRACTOR. Except as provided below, CONTRACTOR shall compensate the transportation provider directly for such services, and shall charge the LEA for such services at the actual and reasonable rates billed by the transportation provider, plus a ten percent (.10) administrative fee, unless a “flat rate” is provided in the transportation contract. In the event that the transportation provider notifies the LEA or SELPA Director that CONTRACTOR is more than 90 days behind in payment for transportation services, LEA shall have the right, in its sole and exclusive discretion, but not the obligation, to make payment for such services directly to the transportation provider, and to deduct such payments from any sums owed to CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Master Contract and any Individual Services Agreement between the parties. In the event that the LEA makes direct payment of the transportation provider’s charges, it shall be entitled to withhold both the transportation charges themselves and such additional amount as shall be reasonably necessary to compensate the LEA for the staff and other costs incurred in making direct payment of those charges. The remedies provided to the LEA pursuant to this Paragraph shall not be exclusive. CONTRACTOR shall not include transportation through the use of services or equipment owned, leased or contracted through the LEA unless expressly provided in the Individual Services Agreement for the student transported.
