Common use of Equipment Supplier Lien Release Clause in Contracts

Equipment Supplier Lien Release. With respect to the Advance being made on the Final Disbursement Date, Equipment Supplier shall have delivered an executed copy of full lien releases with respect to its purchase money security interests in the Equipment granted to Equipment Supplier in accordance with Section 3 of the Term and Conditions to the Equipment Supply Agreement, which lien release shall be in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent.
