Equipment, Supplies and Materials. All equipment, supplies and materials (a) belonging to Contractor or to any of the Subcontractors or (b) used by or on behalf of Contractor or any of the Subcontractors for its performance hereunder which is not intended to become a permanent part of the completed Work shall be brought to and kept at the Site at the sole cost, risk and expense of Contractor or the applicable Subcontractor, and Owner shall not be liable for loss or damage thereto. Should such property be insured, said insurers shall waive rights of subrogation against Owner and Owner Financing Parties.
