Equipment to be Returned in the Event of Termination. If an Equipment Hire Agreement is terminated prior to the end of the Hire Period: (a) TEN may retake possession of the Hire Equipment; or (b) if requested by TEN, the Customer must immediately return the Hire Equipment to TEN at the place TEN nominates, at the Customer’s cost.
