Common use of Equitable and other Injunctive Relief Clause in Contracts

Equitable and other Injunctive Relief. The Parties acknowledge and agree that disclosure, distribution, use or any other handling of the Confidential Information contrary to the terms of this Agreement will cause irreparable harm to the Party owning such Confidential Information for which damages at law will not provide an adequate remedy. The Parties agree that the provisions of this Article 6 may be specifically enforced in addition to any and all other remedies available at law or in equity.
