Common use of EQUITABLE REMEDIES; SURVIVAL Clause in Contracts

EQUITABLE REMEDIES; SURVIVAL. Executive acknowledges that a breach or threatened breach of any of the provisions of this Section 6 will cause irreparable harm and that any remedy at law may be inadequate and that accordingly the Company, in addition to its remedies at law, shall be entitled to an injunction or specific performance or any other mode of equitable relief without the necessity of showing any actual damage, posting a bond or furnishing other security. The provisions of this Section 6 shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
