Common use of Equitable Schedule Adjustment Clause in Contracts

Equitable Schedule Adjustment. If a supervisor occasionally requests an employee to serve beyond the contractual requirements and the employee agrees, the supervisor may release the employee for a similar length of time at a future date. (This provision shall generally not be construed to allow an employee to be absent from work on a student attendance day and work during a non-student attendance day)
