Equity Documents. Such consent and waiver shall be effective only in this specific instance and for this specific purpose and shall not permit any further departure from the terms of the Loan Documents, all of which shall remain in full force in effect (except as expressly set forth in this Amendment) and are hereby ratified and confirmed.
