Common use of Equity Documents Clause in Contracts

Equity Documents. Each of the following documents and all other contracts and documents required in connection with the Equity Commitment: a. Equity Funding Agreement; b. Sponsor Support Agreement; c. Equity Contribution Guaranties; d. Subordination agreement among Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx BrightSource, LLC, the Project Company and the Collateral Agent; and e. all other documents, certificates and instruments required to be delivered pursuant to any of the foregoing documents (other than Organizational Documents).
