Common use of Equity Incentive Compensation Plan Clause in Contracts

Equity Incentive Compensation Plan. This Designation of Beneficiary shall remain in effect with respect to all awards issued to me under any MSCI equity compensation plan, including any awards that may be issued to me after the date hereof, unless and until I modify or revoke it by submitting a later dated beneficiary designation. This Designation of Beneficiary supersedes all my prior beneficiary designations with respect to all my equity awards.
