Common use of Equity Incentive Plan Awards Clause in Contracts

Equity Incentive Plan Awards. The Employee shall be eligible to receive stock options and other awards granted by the Committee from time to time under the Company's 1999 Equity Incentive Plan, as the same may be amended from time to time (the "Equity Plan"). Any such grant of stock options or other awards under the Equity Plan shall be made in accordance with and subject to the terms of the Equity Plan and any agreement pursuant to which such stock options or other awards are granted.

The Employee Executive shall be eligible to receive stock options and other awards granted by the Committee from time to time under the Company's ’s 1999 and 2009 Equity Incentive PlanPlans, as the same may be amended from time to time (the "“Equity Plan"”). Any such grant of stock options or other awards under the Equity Plan shall be made in accordance with and subject to the terms of the Equity Plan and any agreement pursuant to which such stock options or other awards are granted.
