Common use of Equity Interests in Tenant Clause in Contracts

Equity Interests in Tenant. Tenant represents and warrants that Exhibit E contains a list of all of the direct and indirect owners of Tenant, excluding any public shareholders of SVC. Tenant represents, warrants, and will ensure throughout the Term, that neither Tenant nor any of its Affiliates nor any other Person that directly or indirectly owns, has an ownership interest in, or controls Tenant or any of its Affiliates, is a Restricted Person; provided, however, that nothing in this sentence shall apply to any public shareholder of SVC.
