Common use of Equity Investments Clause in Contracts

Equity Investments. Equity Investments, which, to the extent constituting Capital Stock other than common Capital Stock and equity interests of management or other existing equity owners rolled over or invested in connection with the Transactions, shall be reasonably satisfactory to the Joint Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners, in an amount not less than the Minimum Equity Amount shall have been made or shall be made substantially concurrently with the funding of the Initial Term Loans.
