Common use of Equity Pledge Documents Clause in Contracts

The Equity Pledge Agreement and each of the other documents, pledge agreements and related documents pursuant to which the owners of the Pledged Equity Interests will pledge to the Collateral Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, all of their respective right, title and interest in the Pledged Equity Interests; and
