Equivalent Levels of Responsibility Clause Samples

Equivalent Levels of Responsibility it is impossible to specify all forms of financial responsibility, as many jobs in many departments may contribute to the overall accounting or accountability responsibility, for example, finance officers in corporate finance, departmental finance officers, financial policy advisory or development roles at either functional or organisational level, service budget holders, cashiers, invoice checkers etc. In determining equivalences, it is important to look at the nature of the responsibility, the frequency with which it is exercised, the scale of the responsibility and so on of each job. Occasional authorisation of small expenditures from a small budget may be equivalent to level 1, on account of the frequency and value. Similarly, responsibility for controlling a ▇▇▇▇▇ cash box, or taking care of clients' monies, may normally be level 1, but, if the sums involved are relatively large and the responsibility is exercised on a daily basis, this may be level 2 (or, exceptionally, level 3).
