Erasure and return of data. 11.1 On termination of the provision of personal data processing services, the data processor shall be under obligation to delete all personal data processed on behalf of the data controller and certify to the data controller that it has done so unless Union or Member State law requires storage of the personal data. 11.2 The data processor commits to exclusively process the personal data for the purposes and duration provided for by this law and under the strict applicable conditions.
