Common use of Erection by Buyer Clause in Contracts

Erection by Buyer. The Buyer shall erect each Unit, or cause each Unit to be erected, substantially in accordance with the specifications set forth in Appendix A. The Buyer shall notify the Seller when each Unit achieves Mechanical Completion.
