ERISA and Foreign Pension Plan Compliance. Each Obligor shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, comply in all material respects with the provisions of ERISA or applicable Law with respect to any Plans or Foreign Pension Plans to which Parent or any such Obligor is a party as an employer.
