Erroneous Financial Information; Change in Accounting. (i) Promptly in the event that the Borrower or its accountants conclude or advise that any previously issued financial statement, audit report or interim review should no longer be relied upon or that disclosure should be made or action should be taken to prevent future reliance, notice in writing setting forth the details thereof and the action which the Borrower proposes to take with respect thereto and (ii) promptly notice in writing of any material change in accounting policies or financial reporting practice by any Loan Party or any Subsidiary thereof.
