Common use of Erroneous or Fraudulent Deposits to an Account Clause in Contracts

If a deposit, payment or other credit (whether by check, cash, EFT, wire or otherwise) is made in error or by fraud to an account you have with us, we may debit the account for the amount of the erroneous or fraudulent deposit, payment or credit. We may do so without no- xxxx to you, regardless of when the original deposit, payment or credit took place. If you withdraw any or all of the funds erroneously or fraudulently deposited, paid or credited to an account or you, you agree you will reimburse us for the amount of the erroneous or fraud- ulent transaction, plus all dividends/interest paid on the erroneous or fraudulent amount, along with all service charges and costs.
