Erroneous Transfers/Overpayments. In the event funds are mistakenly or erroneously transferred to your account from an account owned or controlled by another person(s) or entity (or the amount of such funds exceeds the proper amount of such transfer), you agree that we may withdraw such funds (or any amount in excess of the proper amount of such transfer) from your account to rectify such error or mistake.
