Error Detection and Correction. (a) If either Party discovers any error or mistake in any record, report, data, information, or output related to this Agreement, that Party will promptly inform the other Party, including, to the extent practicable, the details of such error or mistake necessary for Administrator or Customer, as the case may be, to identify the scope of such error or mistake. The Parties will reasonably cooperate to correct such error or mistake to mitigate the harm caused.
