Error & Logging. The error and logging module will be very critical in identifying problems that occur with the system while in production mode. The errors and logs captured by this module will be invaluable in debugging and solving problems. This module will be coupled with the data access layer in order to capture the state-information and the process/task information before the information is logged. There will only be one programmatic interface provided by this module which will capture all the necessary information about the error or the process and log it to an appropriate table in the database. Error & Logging. During the term hereof, [SIS Vendor] shall maintain a computerized trouble reporting and service tracking system that is available to District authorized personnel via the [SIS Vendor] customer portion of the web.

  • Correction of Errors Contractor shall perform, at its own cost and expense and without reimbursement from the District, any work necessary to correct errors or omissions which are caused by the Contractor’s failure to comply with the standard of care required herein.

  • Metering The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Connecting Transmission Owner’s reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, maintenance, testing, repair, and replacement of metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 of this Agreement. The Interconnection Customer’s metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements.

  • Floor Loading Floor loading capacity shall be within building design capacity. Tenant may exceed floor loading capacity with Landlord’s consent, at Landlord’s sole discretion and must, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, reinforce the floor as required for such excess loading.

  • Compatibility 1. Any unresolved issue arising from a mutual agreement procedure case otherwise within the scope of the arbitration process provided for in this Article and Articles 25A to 25G shall not be submitted to arbitration if the issue falls within the scope of a case with respect to which an arbitration panel or similar body has previously been set up in accordance with a bilateral or multilateral convention that provides for mandatory binding arbitration of unresolved issues arising from a mutual agreement procedure case.

  • Disaster Recovery PFPC shall enter into and shall maintain in effect with appropriate parties one or more agreements making reasonable provisions for emergency use of electronic data processing equipment to the extent appropriate equipment is available. In the event of equipment failures, PFPC shall, at no additional expense to the Fund, take reasonable steps to minimize service interruptions. PFPC shall have no liability with respect to the loss of data or service interruptions caused by equipment failure, provided such loss or interruption is not caused by PFPC's own willful misfeasance, bad faith, gross negligence or reckless disregard of its duties or obligations under this Agreement.
