ERRORS AND CORRECTIONS IN DRAWINGS AND. SPECIFICATIONS The CONTRACTOR shall not take advantage of any apparent errors, omissions or discrepancies in the drawings or specifications; and the Engineer shall be permitted to make such corrections or interpretations as may be necessary for the fulfillment of the intent of the Contract Documents. In case of any errors, omissions or discrepancies in the drawings or specifications, the CONTRACTOR shall promptly submit the matter to the OWNER or OWNER’S Representative in writting who, in turn, shall promptly make a determination and issue the necessary instructions in writing. Any adjustment by the CONTRACTOR without this determination and instructions shall be at the CONTRACTOR’S own risk and expense. The Work is to be made complete as intended by the Contract Documents.
