ERRORS, OMISSIONS OR DEFICIENCIES. The Service Provider shall, without additional compensation, revise any materials prepared under this Agreement if it is determined that the Service Provider is responsible for any errors, omissions, or deficiencies. The Service Provider shall refund to the Client, upon finalization of any audit which shows a billing error, the Service Provider’s percentage fee times the refunded amount.
