Escheat Deposits. After the Effective Time, Purchaser shall be solely responsible for the proper reporting and transmission to the appropriate Governmental Authority of Deposit Liabilities and the Safe Deposit Business that become escheat deposits after the Effective Time to the extent required by applicable law.
