Escheated Interests Not Released Unless Voluntarily Settled Later. Claims of beneficiaries or former beneficiaries for any interest that has been escheated to tribes, states, municipalities, other political subdivisions, the federal government, and companies, where the escheatment occurred in a manner which is unconstitutional according to decisions of the United States Supreme Court, are not released by this Agreement, except to the extent specific settlement payments are made and accepted by such beneficiaries or former beneficiaries from the Trust Land Consolidation Fund in accordance with paragraphs F(1) – (8).
