Escrow Agent Compensation. Escrow Agent shall be entitled to receive compensation for its services as Escrow Agent hereunder as set forth on the schedule attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A, which compensation shall be paid by Company. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Escrow Agreement to the contrary, in no event shall any fee, reimbursement for costs and expenses, indemnification for any damages incurred by Escrow Agent, or monies whatsoever be paid out of or chargeable to the income or assets in the Pennsylvania Escrow Account held by Escrow Agent.
