Escrow and Other Loan Processing Fees. The General Partners or an Affiliate of a General Partner may act as escrow agent for Mortgage Investments made by the Partnership, and may also provide certain document preparation, notarial and credit investigation services, for which services the General Partners shall be entitled to receive such fees as are permitted by law and as are generally prevailing in the geographical area where the property securing the Mortgage Investment is located.
