Escrow Cancellation and Title Charges. If Escrow fails to close due to Buyer’s default under this Agreement, Buyer shall pay all escrow cancellation and title charges. If Escrow fails to close for any other reason other than the foregoing, Seller shall pay any escrow cancellation and title charges.
