Escrow Funds Subject to Jurisdiction of the Court. The Class Settlement Interchange Escrow Account(s) shall remain subject to the jurisdiction of the Court, and be under the continuing supervision of the Court, until such time as the funds contained therein are fully distributed pursuant to the Class Settlement Agreement and on further order(s) of the Court.
