The Class Settlement Interchange Escrow Account shall continue to remain subject to the jurisdiction of the Court, and be under the continuing supervision of the Court, until such time as the funds contained therein are fully distributed pursuant to the Superseding and Amended Class Settlement Agreement and on further order or orders of the Court.
