Escrow Holder; Closing Clause Samples

Escrow Holder; Closing. The transaction contemplated by this Agreement shall be consummated through an escrow opened with Escrow Holder, and Seller and Buyer each agree to deposit with Escrow Holder prior to the Required Closing Date all funds and documents necessary to consummate the transaction contemplated by this Agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
