Escrow of Commitments Clause Samples

Escrow of Commitments. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, including ARTICLE V hereof, each DIP Lender hereby severally agrees to transfer to the Escrow Account, by wire transfer of immediately available funds in accordance with wire instructions delivered to the DIP Lenders by the Administrative Agent, on the Closing Date an amount equal to such DIP Lender’s Commitment as set forth opposite on DIP Lender’s signature page to this Agreement.
