Common use of Escrows Clause in Contracts

Escrows. All escrow deposits (including capital improvements and environmental remediation reserves) relating to any Mortgage Loan that were required to be delivered to the lender under the terms of the related Mortgage Loan Documents have been received and, to the extent of any remaining balances of such escrow deposits, are in the possession or under the control of the Seller or its agents (which shall include the Master Servicer). All such escrow deposits which are required for the administration and servicing of such Mortgage Loan are being conveyed hereunder to the Purchaser.
