ESP Reports. The Servicer shall provide to the Rating Agencies, upon request, any publicly available reports filed by the Servicer with the CPUC (or otherwise made publicly available by the Servicer) relating to ESPs and any other non-confidential and non-proprietary information relating to ESPs reasonably requested by the Rating Agencies to the extent such information is reasonably available to the Servicer.
