Establish Streamlined Referral Process Clause Samples

The "Establish Streamlined Referral Process" clause sets out a clear and efficient procedure for referring matters, clients, or issues between parties. Typically, it outlines the steps, timelines, and responsible parties involved in making and handling referrals, such as requiring written notice or using a designated point of contact. By standardizing the referral process, this clause minimizes delays, reduces confusion, and ensures that referrals are managed consistently and effectively.
