Common use of Establishment and Acceptance of Trust Clause in Contracts

Establishment and Acceptance of Trust. SECTION 1.1. This Trust shall be known as the "TRUST FOR TCF FINANCIAL SENIOR OFFICER DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN." The Trustee hereby accepts the Trust subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and agrees to hold and administer the assets of the Trust and to execute the Trust in accordance with the provisions hereof. The assets deposited with the Trustee and held pursuant to this Trust are referred to herein collectively as the "Trust Fund."
