Establishment, Increase and Cancellation of Loan Limit. 1.1.1. As of the execution date of this Agreement, the Loan Limit has been established to the Customer in the amount specified in section (I) of this Agreement. Several loan can be drawdown by the Customer within said Loan Limit, and this limit may be utilized again in the case that the limit is extended as a result of the repayments of the Loan.

  • Longevity Increment All unit members who have completed the required years of District service, as defined below, shall be eligible to receive a longevity increment.

  • Allocation of Loan Amounts The Loan shall be withdrawn in a single tranche.   • Cancellation of Collocation Request CLEC may cancel a Collocation request prior to the completion of the request by Qwest by submitting a Collocation Cancellation Application. CLEC shall be responsible for payment of all costs incurred by Qwest up to the point when the cancellation is received. Collocation Cancellation is available for all Collocations under a particular billing authorization number (BAN) for which CLEC has not received notification of completion from Qwest. Cancellation is offered for all types of Collocation. A cancellation will only occur upon request by CLEC.

  • Longevity Increments 11.6.1 Each regular classified employee shall receive a two-range increase (5%) upon completion of five (5) years of satisfactory and continuous service. This increase will become effective at the beginning of the sixth year.

  • Additional Commitments The Parties may negotiate commitments with respect to measures affecting trade in services not subject to scheduling under Article 106 (National Treatment) or Article 107 (Market Access), including those regarding qualifications, standards or licensing matters. Such commitments shall be inscribed in a Party's Schedule.

  • EXTENSION OF USE COMMITMENT The Contractor agrees to honor all orders from State Agencies, political subdivisions and others authorized by law (see Section 25 Extension of Use) which are in compliance with the pricing, terms, and conditions set forth in the Contract. Any unilateral limitations/restrictions imposed by the Contractor on eligible Authorized Users will be grounds for cancellation of the Contract.

  • Salary Increments The Employer, may grant an increment for meritorious service after an employee has served for a period of twelve (12) months following the first day of the month established in Article 35.07 or twelve (12) months following the date of a change in his rate of compensation as established in Articles 35.04, 35.05, or 35.06.

  • Wage Increase 1. The minimum hourly wage amounts in the salary table in column I (job grades 1 up to and includ- ing 3) concern the statutory minimum wage and are adjusted in the event of an increase in the statutory minimum wage.

  • RENT INCREASE 6.1 The Landlord is entitled to increase the Rent payable under this tenancy, either during the Tenancy Term or any subsequent renewal or periodic term, on each anniversary of the start date of this tenancy (“The Rent Increase Date”). The increase will be a minimum 5% in addition to the current Rent payable. Should the Landlord elect to do so they will first serve written notice on the Tenant in accordance with these Tenancy Terms and Conditions of at least one calendar month prior to the Rent Increase Date (“the Rent Increase Notice”).

  • Requesting Price Increase/Required Documentation Contractor must submit a written notification at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the requested effective date of the change, setting the amount of the increase, along with an itemized list of any increased prices, showing the Contractor’s current price, revised price, the actual dollar difference and the percentage of the price increase by line item. Price change requests must include H-GAC Forms D Offered Item Pricing and E Options Pricing, or the documentation used to submit pricing in the original Response and be supported with substantive documentation (e.g. manufacturer's price increase notices, copies of invoices from suppliers, etc.) clearly showing that Contractor's actual costs have increased per the applicable line item bid. The Producer Price Index (PPI) may be used as partial justification, subject to approval by H-GAC, but no price increase based solely on an increase in the PPI will be allowed. This documentation should be submitted in Excel format to facilitate analysis and updating of the website. The letter and documentation must be sent to the Bids and Specifications manager, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, at Xxxxxxx.Xxxxxx@x-xxx.xxx Review/Approval of Requests If H-GAC approves the price increase, Contractor will be notified in writing; no price increase will be effective until Contractor receives this notice. If H-GAC does not approve Contractor’s price increase, Contractor may terminate its performance upon sixty (60) days advance written notice to H-GAC, however Contractor must fulfill any outstanding Purchase Orders. Termination of performance is Contractor’s only remedy if H-GAC does not approve the price increase. H-GAC reserves the right to accept or reject any price change request.
